It's come to our attention that we've misnamed someone in our Acknowledgements section in Court of Blades, working from an old copy of their work. Minerva McJanda will be credited appropriately going forward. We apologize sincerely, and thank you so much for calling out our mistake.
Also we've gotten some feedback that our bookmarks in the PDF are broken to the point of unusability. This comes as something of a surprise to us, considering we had no idea that we had bookmarks in our PDF. This would be one of those gremlins about which we craved your indulgence on page 1. Expect that once the editing, final formatting, and polishing is done, we'll have proper bookmarks to ease your navigation through Court of Blades.

Smoke Test complete, jitters over, and PDFs loaded. All backers should now have a link to the early release PDF ready and waiting. Complete the survey and BackerKit should bring you to a page where you can get your download link for the early access PDF. If there are any problems, we'll work on a personal basis to get PDFs where they need to go.

The Smoke Test is underway. 5% of you have links in your e-mail to your surveys on BackerKit. We're monitoring for errors and service inquiries. If it looks like everything is working as intended, we can roll into full distribution. The faster you all click those links, the faster we'll know that everything is working. That means that everyone gets their PDFs faster!

Retainers,
So ends the first waltz of the season. We asked for just enough to get these books into your hands and you requited our love with over 1100% of our goal. That's enough to make us blush to our bones. Thank you. Each and every one of you made this project happen, and we're excited to begin the glamorous process of commissioning all of this glorious art, getting our book under the discerning gaze of our editor, forming a conclave with our community of talented writers for the community zine, and noodling on Court of Thrones.
And most importantly, getting the playable early-release PDFs into your hands so that you can get your first taste of Ilrien's wicked playground of intrigue, deception, romance, and skullduggery. Those will be in your hands as soon as Kickstarter processes funds.
In the meantime, I encourage all of you who are joining our soiree a little fashionably late to check out our BackerKit, and snoop around to see what we've got cooking up. It's not too late to pre-order and get in on the ground floor of the Great Game of Houses.
